I’m going to share 3 kinds of recipe to make mayonnaise at home.

  1. Mayonnaise recipe without egg.
  2. Mayonnaise recipe with egg.
  3. Garlic Mayonnaise.

Also, some of you were expecting a homemade mayonnaise recipe without the vinegar. Instead of the vinegar, you can go for the lemon juice (in the following recipes) but you’ve to alter the content of the lemon juice to get the perfect taste.

Mayonnaise recipe without egg:

If you’re a vegetarian, no worries. You can make the perfect mayonnaise even without the egg.

  • Milk cream – 1 cup (You can find the milk cream recipe here)
  • Lemon juice or vinegar – 4 teaspoons
  • Oil – 2 cups
  • Powdered salt – 1/2 teaspoon (or add as required)
  • Powdered sugar – 2 teaspoons

  • Add the milk cream in the electric hand mixer and pour a little amount of oil to it and start whisking. You can also use a blender to do it.
  • After 2 minutes of whisking add the lemon juice, powdered salt and sugar and little amount of oil and whisk again.
  • Now again add the oil little by little then whisk again for a minute and then repeat.
  • Do this until you get the desired mayonnaise consistency.

Once it reaches the consistency, your homemade eggless mayonnaise is ready to go with your fries!!!
